We added the optional on-line quality instruments, to meet our quality goals. These instruments detect deviations from the desired standards, spot all sources of faults and take corrective action.

The USTER TESTER 3 is the key sliver to yarn' testing instrument.

The high precision and worldwide compatibility allows, to use the test results as a base for yarn contracts.

In addition the unit has a lab equipped with spot software, to spot the mechanical and periodic faults that may occur between carding and spinning. These faults are rectified immediately to maintain yarn quality.

Ultra violet lamps have been installed to check for shade variation in the yarn before packing.

At the quality control lab, the characteristics of our yarn come for closer scrutiny.

We produce yarn with uniformity standards of below 10% Uster level Experience value.
